Terms and Conditions

Consultations

Face-to-face consultations are available exclusively for women.

Online consultations are open to everyone, wherever you are in the world.

PLEASE ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE AS NO WAITING ROOM FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR COMPANIONS, CHILDREN OR PETS.

Mobile Group Services

Only available within Mittagong, Bowral, Berrima, and Moss Vale. We do not travel to Robertson or surrounding areas. Due to the solo-practitioner nature of these mobile services, bookings are strictly limited to all-female parties. Violations of this policy will result in immediate cancellation upon arrival without a refund.

Conduct

Karen Fisher maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. 

Any form of disrespectful, aggressive or suggestive conduct will result in the immediate termination of the consultation, with no refund issued. 

Your safety, comfort and integrity are honoured at all times. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you cannot attend, please contact me as soon as possible.

Cancellations within 24 hours

Will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service value.

Cancellations outside of 24 hours

Will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administration fee of the total booking value.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 24 hours of your cancellation notification.

No Shows

No refunds will be given if you fail to show up for your appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.

Late Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and will incur the 50% cancellation fee.

Service Downgrades

If you wish to change your booking to a shorter or lower priced service, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours will be charged at the original booking rate.

Practitioner Cancellations

In the rare event that I need to cancel or change your appointment due to an emergency, you will receive the options to reschedule immediately or receive a 100% refund.
