Consultations
Face-to-face consultations are available exclusively for women.
Online consultations are open to everyone, wherever you are in the world.
PLEASE ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT ALONE AS NO WAITING ROOM FACILITY IS AVAILABLE FOR COMPANIONS, CHILDREN OR PETS.
Conduct
Karen Fisher maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour.
Any form of disrespectful, aggressive or suggestive conduct will result in the immediate termination of the consultation, with no refund issued.
Your safety, comfort and integrity are honoured at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, that means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.
Please contact me if you cannot attend your appointment.
Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Service value.
Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of scheduled appointments will receive a refund minus a 5% administration fee of the total booking value.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the booking cancellation notification.
No refund will be given for No-Show.
